Overview
One of the fundamental components of the ECET2 framework is creating Colleague Circles. These peer groups generally consist of 10–20 peer teachers who meet regularly to support, encourage, and learn from each other. These groups embrace positive solutions and creative thinking, providing outlets and solutions that can be carried back to their respective classrooms. These meetings can take place virtually or face-to-face with the goal of creating a trusted environment for teachers to share opportunities and challenges that they can’t share elsewhere.
We are excited to have you participate in this process with other West Hawai'i teachers at the conference! Your assigned colleague circle and facilitator will be stated below when arriving for registration.
